Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is a planned branded residential, resort, and hotel development at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, located at the convergence of East Edgewater, the Miami Design District, and Wynwood. The project is expected to mark Anantara’s first branded development in the United States, bringing the global hospitality brand’s wellness-driven resort approach to one of Miami’s most connected urban corridors.

Developed by One Thousand Group in partnership with Minor Hotels and Anantara, the project is planned as a 50-story tower rising approximately 650 feet above Biscayne Bay. Current public information identifies the program as a mix of private branded condominium residences, resort residences eligible for hotel use, and hotel suites, with an expected opening in 2030. Official pricing, residence sizes, and full floorplan details have not yet been released.

The design team brings a strong international perspective to the project. Kohn Pedersen Fox is leading the tower’s architectural design in collaboration with ODP Architecture & Design, while Patricia Urquiola is designing the interiors. Together, the team positions Anantara Miami Resort & Residences around architecture, branded hospitality, wellness, and refined interior design rather than conventional condominium programming.

The residential and resort components are expected to include 120 private branded condominium residences, 120 resort residences, and 54 hotel suites, creating a hybrid ownership and hospitality model within the Edgewater market. Anantara’s official materials also reference a dedicated vitality and longevity center, private rooftop helipad, and a resort-style approach to wellness, service, and lifestyle.

Set along Biscayne Boulevard, the site places residents near the cultural, dining, retail, and design energy of Edgewater, Wynwood, and the Miami Design District, while maintaining access to Biscayne Bay and Miami’s broader urban core.
